2. Access data / server log files

When this website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed by the hosting provider, such as IP address, date and time, accessed page, referrer and user agent. This data is used to ensure operation, perform error analysis and protect against misuse, and is generally stored only for a limited period.

3. Contact inquiries (email / contact form)

If you contact us, for example by email or via the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request. This may include, in particular, name/company, email address, application area and message.

For the contact form, we use an external delivery service (EmailJS) through which the form contents are transmitted to us. In this process, the data you enter and technically required metadata, such as the time of the request and page URL, may be processed to the extent necessary for sending and handling your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures), insofar as your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in efficient communication.

4. Cookies & tracking

This website currently does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary functions can be provided without such tracking mechanisms. If tracking or analytics services are added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our own server. No connection is made to external font services such as Google Fonts.

6. Recipients / processing on behalf

Depending on the hosting setup, service providers may be used as processors. In addition, we use EmailJS for sending contact form inquiries as an external form and email delivery service.

Where required, data processing agreements or other appropriate data protection arrangements are concluded with service providers. Processing in third countries cannot always be excluded when using external services. Where legally required, we ensure appropriate safeguards.

7. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have, in particular, the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Please note that transmission by email may involve security risks if sent unencrypted.

10. Changes

We may adapt this privacy policy if the legal situation, this website or the nature of data processing changes. The current version on this page shall apply.
